The Heatline HL-05 is a touchscreen WiFi underfloor heating thermostat with a built-in air sensor and an external floor sensor supplied as standard. It is suitable for controlling electric underfloor heating, other compatible 230 V heating systems and 230 V thermal actuators used on hydronic underfloor heating manifolds. The thermostat can be controlled directly from its touchscreen or remotely through the Smart Life app. It also works without a WiFi connection as a standalone manually adjustable thermostat. Remote control and the weekly schedule become available after the thermostat has been connected to WiFi and the Smart Life app. The HL-05 is available in white and black.

The Heatline HL-12 is a programmable WiFi thermostat with a touchscreen, built-in air sensor and a 3-metre external floor temperature sensor. It is designed for electric underfloor heating and other 230 V heating systems. The thermostat can be controlled directly from the touchscreen or remotely through the Smart Life and Tuya Smart apps. Three sensor control modes are available: room temperature control using the built-in air sensor; floor temperature control using the external floor sensor; room temperature control with a maximum floor temperature limit.

The Heatline HL-44 is a smart WiFi underfloor heating thermostat designed especially for replacing an existing thermostat. It supports floor temperature sensors from many different manufacturers and fits a wide range of common 55 × 55 mm switch frames. In many installations, this means that the existing floor sensor and decorative frame can remain in place. Before ordering, always check the resistance of the installed floor sensor and the exact model of the switch frame. The heating can be controlled directly from the thermostat’s touchscreen or remotely through the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. The HL-44 is suitable for controlling electric underfloor heating and compatible 230 V thermal actuators used in water-based underfloor heating systems. A slim floor temperature sensor is included. It is also suitable for installations with heating film and thin electric heating mats.

Thermostats and Temperature Controllers

The 2.5m long sensor tube is designed for installing the floor sensor of the underfloor heating thermostat. The sensor tube allows you to replace the floor sensor later if necessary, if for some reason it should become necessary. When installing the sensor tube, it is important to ensure that the floor sensor is not accidentally left in a place on the floor in the future, which is under a cupboard or laundry box or something that would change the desired correct floor temperature reading.

This slim NTC 10k underfloor heating sensor is primarily intended for replacing a faulty or damaged floor sensor. The sensor probe is only approximately 5 mm in diameter, making it easier to install in a narrow sensor conduit or in place of an existing sensor. The sensor has a 3-metre connection cable and a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at +25 °C. It is compatible with Heatline HL-series thermostats and other underfloor heating thermostats designed to use the same type of NTC 10k sensor.
