We aim to keep product information, prices, stock and delivery times accurate, but they may change. A quote becomes binding when Heatline confirms it in writing.

Calculators and technical guidance provide an initial estimate. The final solution must be selected according to the project, installation environment, manufacturer instructions and applicable electrical requirements.

An order is accepted after confirmation or invoice issue. Payment and delivery options depend on the product, quantity, destination and agreement.

Consumers have statutory withdrawal and claim rights. Custom-made, cut-to-length or used products may be subject to return restrictions.

Heatline is not liable for damage caused by incorrect design, installation, use or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Electrical work must be performed by a competent person.

We may update these terms when services, legal requirements or operations change. These terms are governed by Estonian law.
