These flat heating elements are ideal for thermoforming, composite curing and industrial processes where the infrared emitter is positioned close to the target material. Available from 400 W to 1000 W, with a standard voltage of 230 V and an optional built-in type K thermocouple.

The Heatline HL-05 is a touchscreen WiFi underfloor heating thermostat with a built-in air sensor and an external floor sensor supplied as standard. It is suitable for controlling electric underfloor heating, other compatible 230 V heating systems and 230 V thermal actuators used on hydronic underfloor heating manifolds. The thermostat can be controlled directly from its touchscreen or remotely through the Smart Life app. It also works without a WiFi connection as a standalone manually adjustable thermostat. Remote control and the weekly schedule become available after the thermostat has been connected to WiFi and the Smart Life app. The HL-05 is available in white and black.

The portable water pipe frost protection wrap Heatcom Heating Wrap is a ready-to-use solution for preventing water and drain pipes from freezing on construction sites and in temporary installations. The wrap combines a self-regulating 15 W/m heating cable with built-in thermal insulation. The portable water pipe heater is wrapped around the pipe and secured with a hook-and-loop fastening. Once installed, it is connected to the power supply. The product is easy to remove, relocate and reuse.

The submersible oil heater is equipped with strong magnets, allowing it to be easily and conveniently attached to the bottom of the tank or reservoir. Thanks to this smart design, cumbersome permanent installation is not required, and there is no need to empty, weld, or separately clean the tank before using the oil heater .

Voltage Monitoring Relays and Electrical Equipment Protection

ZUBR Dt is a single-phase voltage monitoring relay with thermal protection. It protects domestic and industrial electrical equipment against dangerous overvoltage, undervoltage and voltage deviations caused by neutral conductor failure. The voltage relay is installed inside an electrical distribution board and disconnects the load when the voltage exceeds the user-defined limits. Heatline offers 25 A and 40 A models. ZUBR Dt is intended primarily for a standard 230 V mains supply with a sinusoidal voltage waveform. It is suitable for protecting household appliances, heating equipment, pumps, compressors, refrigerators and other voltage-sensitive equipment. Detailed settings and wiring diagrams are available in the manufacturer’s English ZUBR Dt web manual . ZUBR Dt is a voltage monitoring relay, not an impulse surge protective device. It does not replace a Type 1 or Type 2 SPD but can be used alongside one as part of a coordinated protection system.

The TKT/M is a heat-shrink connection and termination kit designed for connecting a self-regulating heating cable to a power supply cable and hermetically sealing the free end of the heating cable. It is suitable for SST / Sigmian HTM, HTA, HTP and CTE series heating cables.

Sigmian BTC is an ATEX-certified high-temperature self-regulating industrial heating cable designed for frost protection and temperature maintenance on pipelines, tanks and process equipment. Available power outputs at +10 °C are 8, 15, 24, 30, 37, 45 and 60 W/m. The cable operates at 230 V. Its maximum continuous operating temperature is +120 °C when energised, while the maximum exposure temperature when de-energised is +200 °C. BTC is suitable for both non-hazardous and hazardous Ex areas. Its parallel construction allows the cable to be cut to the required length on site. A suitable thermostat should always be used for accurate temperature control, lower energy consumption and longer cable life.

This dedicated heating cable insertion nipple ensures a completely hermetic, watertight, and secure seal for your plumbing system. The process of inserting the heating cable into the pipe is carried out using a suitably sized T-junction (available at any standard plumbing supply store).
