HTS EHEAT® WATER is a self-regulating heating cable for protecting water pipes from freezing. Its food-safe outer jacket is approved for installation inside drinking water pipes. The cable can also be installed on the outside of a pipe beneath insulation. The cable can be cut to the required length, and its heat output adjusts to temperature. A thermostat is recommended to switch the heating off when frost protection is no longer needed. For installation inside a pipe, use a suitable cable entry gland and connection accessories.

Heating cables
HTS Global eHeat Gutter is a self-regulating heating cable designed to prevent ice formation on roofs, gutters, downpipes and drainage systems. Its UV-resistant and moisture-proof outer jacket makes it suitable for outdoor installations, including SBS bitumen roofs. The cable provides 20 W/m at +10 °C on an insulated metal pipe and approximately 40 W/m at 0 °C in ice water. It operates at 230 V, has a maximum operating temperature of +65 °C when energised and withstands temperatures up to +85 °C when unpowered. The cable can be cut to the required length on site. A suitable thermostat or automatic snow and ice controller should always be used to reduce energy consumption and prevent unnecessary heating.

The magnetic heating cable clip is quick and easy to install on all metal and tin surfaces. Equipped with a very strong magnet, this mounting clip is perfectly suited for securing heating cables to tin roofs, standing seam metal roofs, eaves, rainwater gutters, and other metallic surfaces. The magnetic heating cable clip can be attached using the magnet to either the front or back side of the gutter, and it can be easily detached from the roof or gutter bottom when necessary. Thanks to this compact clip, the gutter remains cleaner and less prone to accumulating leaves and other debris. Sigmian CTE is a high-output, ATEX-certified self-regulating industrial heating cable for heating outdoor areas, concrete, pipelines and vessels. It is primarily intended for applications where a standard-output self-regulating cable does not provide sufficient heating capacity. The Sigmian product page specifies an output of 80 W/m. The technical datasheet gives the 90-CTE model a nominal output of 90 W/m at 0 °C when installed in concrete. The maximum continuous operating temperature when energised is +80 °C, while the maximum continuous exposure temperature when de-energised is +100 °C. The heating cable operates at 230 V and is suitable for both non-hazardous and hazardous Ex areas.
