Drum Heating+1

The base drum heater is designed to heat metal drums from below. The electric heating platform helps maintain the required temperature, reduce the viscosity of liquids and soften materials that thicken or solidify when cooled. The heater is suitable for standard metal drums with a capacity of up to 200 litres. Its built-in thermostat allows the operating temperature of the heating platform to be adjusted between 0 and 120 °C. The base drum heater can be used for water, oils, diesel fuel, resins, petroleum jelly, waxes, fats, greases, glues, adhesives and various other industrial materials. The selected temperature must always be suitable for the drum and the material being heated.

It can be used as standalone passive insulation or together with a drum base heater. When used with a base heater, the insulation jacket reduces heat loss and helps the contents reach the required temperature more quickly. It can improve the energy efficiency of the heating system and slow down cooling after the heater has been switched off.
