The gas cylinder heater is an electric heating jacket fitted around a cylinder to help prevent cooling and frosting during gas withdrawal. Maintaining a more stable cylinder temperature supports consistent gas pressure and flow in laboratory and industrial processes.
The gas cylinder heating jacket is equipped with a digital thermostat, a safety thermostat and adjustable quick-release buckles. The temperature can be regulated from 0 to 40 °C.

Applications
The gas cylinder heater is suitable for laboratories, manufacturing facilities, calibration gases and processes requiring stable gas pressure and flow.
The heating jackets can be used with various gases, including SF₆, propane, nitrogen, oxygen, BCl₃, WF₆ and HF. When selecting a model, consider the type of gas, cylinder dimensions, required temperature and operating environment.
Construction and installation
The heating jacket is manufactured from silicone-impregnated fabric and fitted with fibreglass thermal insulation and a PTFE-coated heating wire.
The jacket is fitted around the cylinder and secured with adjustable quick-release buckles. The digital thermostat allows the required temperature to be set between 0 and 40 °C.
The heating jacket has a 3-metre power cable without a plug. The electrical connection must be completed by a suitably qualified person.
