Hollow Ceramic Infrared Heating Element FFEH / SFEH Ceramicx FFEH and SFEH are ceramic infrared heating elements featuring a lightweight hollow body filled with high-density insulation. This construction reduces rear heat loss, provides faster heat-up and increases forward radiant efficiency. These flat heating elements are ideal for thermoforming, composite curing and industrial processes where the infrared emitter is positioned close to the target material. Available from 400 W to 1000 W, with a standard voltage of 230 V and an optional built-in type K thermocouple.

Curved Ceramic Infrared Heating Element FTE / HTE Ceramicx FTE and HTE heaters are curved, fully cast ceramic infrared heating elements for industrial process heating. The heating elements emit uniform long-wave infrared radiation in the 2–10 µm range and are suitable for thermoforming, the plastics industry, packaging machinery, drying, curing and material preheating. Available for the standard 230 V supply, with outputs from 125 to 1000 W depending on the model and, optionally, with a K-type thermocouple.
