Ceramicx RAS Infrared Heater Reflectors

The RAS range includes six different lengths for building modular infrared heating systems from 500 W single-element units up to 5000 W multi-element assemblies. The reflectors are suitable for industrial drying, curing, warming and process-heating applications.

Typical applications

RAS reflectors can be used in industrial drying systems, plastics processing, packaging equipment, coating and adhesive curing, food processing and customised infrared heating machinery. Several reflector assemblies can be installed together to heat a larger area or to create separately controlled heating zones.

Selecting the correct reflector

Choose the reflector according to the ceramic heating element and the required total heating power:

RAS 0.5 is suitable for HTE and HFEH elements.
RAS 1–RAS 5 are suitable for FTE and FFEH elements.
SFEH elements are not compatible with the RAS reflector range.
