ZUBR D6 is a three-phase voltage monitoring relay for installation in an electrical distribution board. It protects domestic and industrial electrical equipment, including three-phase motors, against overvoltage, undervoltage, phase imbalance, phase loss, incorrect phase sequence and the consequences of neutral conductor failure.
The relay can protect either three independent single-phase loads or one three-phase load. Detailed settings and wiring diagrams are available in the manufacturer’s English ZUBR D6 web manual.
ZUBR D6 is a voltage monitoring relay, not an impulse surge protective device. It does not replace a Type 1 or Type 2 SPD but can be used alongside one as part of a coordinated electrical protection system.

Two operating modes
Single-phase load mode
ZUBR D6 operates as three independent single-phase voltage relays. Each phase has separate settings and relay control. If a fault occurs on one phase, only the load connected to that phase is disconnected.
Three-phase load mode
Settings and control are shared by all three phases. If a dangerous voltage deviation, excessive phase imbalance, phase loss or incorrect phase sequence is detected, all three phases are disconnected.
Phase imbalance, phase loss and phase sequence monitoring can be configured or disabled when required.
True RMS, Pro mode and event log
True RMS measurement provides an accurate effective voltage value even when the voltage waveform is distorted. The displayed values can be corrected by ±20 V when necessary.
Pro mode prevents unnecessary disconnection during voltage deviations that remain safe in both magnitude and duration.
Up to 99 fault events are stored in non-volatile memory. The log helps identify overvoltage, undervoltage, phase imbalance, neutral conductor faults and overheating protection events.

Model selection must take account of the load type, operating current and starting current. A suitable contactor may be required for equipment with a high starting current.
Installation
ZUBR D6 is installed inside an electrical distribution board on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. Its width is 106 mm, equivalent to six standard modules.
A correctly rated circuit breaker must be installed upstream of the relay. Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician according to the manufacturer’s wiring diagram.
