The oil heater is specifically designed for heating hydraulic oil in tanks and reservoirs. This industrial submersible oil heater preheats the oil and helps reduce its potential water content, which in turn significantly reduces wear and tear on the entire hydraulic system. If necessary, this oil heating element is also perfectly suitable for heating other liquids.
The submersible oil heater is designed with user-friendliness and quick installation in mind. The submersible oil heater is equipped with strong magnets, allowing it to be easily and conveniently attached to the bottom of the tank or reservoir. Thanks to this smart design, cumbersome permanent installation is not required, and there is no need to empty, weld, or separately clean the tank before using the oil heater.

Technical specifications and features of the oil heater:
Material: Stainless steel (EN 1.4301/AISI 304) and a durable steatite element.
Electrical connection: Cable 3x1.0mm², 4 meters in length.
Installation: No permanent installation required; the oil heater attaches to the bottom of the tank using magnets. A stainless steel pull wire with a press lock is included in the set.

Important safety requirements:
During operation, the oil heater must be located at least 3 cm below the surface of the liquid.
The flash point of the heated liquid must not be lower than 180°C.
The electrical connection of the oil heater and its accessories must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
