The Deluxe insulation cover is a durable protective covering for a standard 1000-litre IBC container. The insulated cover slows the cooling of liquids stored inside the container, reduces heat loss and helps maintain a more stable product temperature during storage and transport.
The IBC Deluxe insulation cover is suitable for standard 1000-litre containers and for insulating and protecting temperature-sensitive loads. It provides passive thermal insulation and does not generate heat.

Durable Cordura construction with a Teflon coating
Unlike conventional nylon covers, this protective IBC cover is made from durable Cordura with a Teflon coating. This construction provides the outer surface with water-repellent properties and resistance to chemicals.
The chemical-resistant IBC cover is well suited to demanding industrial and production environments.
The full-size IBC insulated cover has an integrated top lid. Velcro fasteners allow the protective covering to be installed and removed quickly. Conveniently positioned access flaps provide access to the IBC container’s filling opening and valves without removing the entire cover.
Use with an IBC container heater
If the contents of the IBC container need to be actively heated or protected against freezing, the insulation cover can be used with an IBC heating jacket, silicone base heater or another suitable IBC container heater.
The insulation cover reduces heat loss and improves the energy efficiency of the heating system. The required heating capacity and warm-up time depend on the container contents, the product’s initial temperature, the ambient temperature and the required final temperature.

Important: the IBC insulation cover provides passive insulation and does not heat the contents of the container. A suitable IBC container heater is required to protect liquids against freezing or to increase their temperature. If contact with chemicals is possible, the compatibility of the cover material with the specific substance must be checked beforehand.
