The full IBC insulation cover is designed to insulate a standard 1000-litre IBC container, reduce heat loss and help maintain a more stable product temperature. The full-size cover encloses the entire container and has no access panels for the top opening or discharge valve.
This IBC thermal cover is suitable for storing and transporting temperature-sensitive liquids. It can also be used to insulate and protect goods on a standard pallet.
The cover provides passive thermal insulation and does not generate heat.

Full-size construction without openings
Unlike IBC insulation covers with opening access panels, this model has no access openings. Its fully enclosed construction helps minimise heat loss and is suitable for applications where access to the filling opening or discharge valve is not required during storage.
To fill or empty the IBC container or operate its valve, the cover must be partially or completely removed.
The outer surface is made from high-quality, water-repellent nylon. The material protects the container and insulation from moisture and light water splashes. However, the cover should not be considered a completely waterproof outdoor cover.
Use with an IBC heater
If the contents of the IBC container require active heating or protection from freezing, the insulation cover can be used together with a suitable IBC base heater or foil heating mat.
The insulated cover reduces heat loss, helps the contents reach the required temperature more quickly and slows cooling after the heater has been switched off.
The required heating power and heating time depend on the material inside the container, its initial and target temperatures, the ambient temperature and the amount of heat loss.
