The IBC insulated cover is designed to maintain the temperature of liquids and slow down cooling inside a plastic container. This high-quality thermal insulation cover is suitable for a standard 1000-litre IBC container.
The IBC thermal cover helps maintain a more stable product temperature and protects the container against external weather conditions. It provides additional protection against the freezing of both the plastic container and the liquid stored inside it.

If the liquid needs to be kept continuously warm or protected against freezing in harsh winter conditions, we recommend installing a dedicated base heater—an IBC heating mat—under the insulated cover. Combining the thermal cover with a heating mat reduces heat loss, improves energy efficiency and provides more reliable frost protection.
The IBC insulation jacket is made from durable, water-repellent nylon that is suitable for use in demanding weather conditions.
The full-size protective cover is equipped with Velcro fasteners, making it quick and easy to install or remove. Conveniently positioned access flaps provide easy access to the IBC container’s valves and filling openings without removing the entire cover.
