Screenless thermostat for hotels and accommodation facilities

A key feature of the Etherma ETH-BLANK-WIFI is its screenless and buttonless design. All settings are controlled through the EVESTA mobile app, making the thermostat especially suitable for hotels, guest apartments, holiday homes, rental properties and other premises where temperature control should remain under the control of the owner or property manager.

Guests or room users cannot change the temperature or heating programme directly from the thermostat. At the same time, the administrator can set the desired temperature and define room-specific minimum and maximum temperature limits.

Smart and energy-efficient heating control

The ETH-BLANK-WIFI connects to a WiFi network and is controlled through the EVESTA app. The thermostat supports weekly scheduling, adaptive control and heating optimisation based on electricity spot prices.

Via the WiFi connection, the thermostat can use electricity price information and local weather forecasts to control heating as economically as possible. The adaptive function learns how quickly the room heats up and helps ensure that the desired temperature is reached at the required time.

Suitable for replacing an existing thermostat

The ETH-BLANK-WIFI supports a wide range of NTC floor sensors: 6k8, 10k, 12k, 15k, 22k, 33k, 47k and 100k.

This makes it possible in many cases to replace an old thermostat without replacing the existing floor temperature sensor installed in the floor. A 3 m 10 kΩ floor sensor is also included.

The thermostat can operate using the floor sensor, the built-in room temperature sensor or a combination of both. If required, a timer mode can also be used in situations where the existing floor sensor is faulty and cannot be replaced.
