The Kuhlmann industrial heating blanket is a flexible and insulated surface heater designed for the controlled heating and curing of composite materials, carbon fibre and epoxy prepreg. Its adjustable temperature up to 120 °C and uniform heat distribution make it suitable for manufacturing, repair and maintenance applications.
The heating blanket is used in wind turbine blade repair and production, boatbuilding, the marine industry, and aviation and aerospace applications. The flexible blanket is placed directly on the component, while the insulation helps reduce heat loss.
