The 1000L IBC container heater is designed to be wrapped around the tank and comes with an insulated lid on top. It is especially suitable for frost and freeze protection, as well as for heating more viscous liquids such as oil, diesel, syrup, fat, lubricants, petroleum jelly, wax, heavy fuel oil (HFO), honey, glue, and more. The IBC tote heater ensures the contents are heated and melted evenly throughout the container, preventing them from solidifying and maintaining the desired viscosity. Made in Denmark.

The portable electric IBC tote heater is convenient for both product storage and transportation. Depending on your needs, the IBC plastic container heater is divided into 1 to 3 heating zones, each equipped with a digital thermostat featuring a numerical display. Multi-zone heaters provide higher power output, which is precisely regulated and controlled by the digital thermostat. Multiple heating zones, in turn, ensure a significantly faster container heat-up time. This heater fits a standard 1000L IBC tote. Smaller sizes are also available. Moisture protection class: IP40

Heating Example:

If an IBC plastic container is filled with water, the heating time for a 1000L water tank using a 2x1000W heater to raise the temperature from +15ºC to +50ºC is approximately 48 hours.
