Clothes drying cabinets

ISSO – 60 type clothes drying cabinets have the function of air heating and humid air extraction. Clothes drying cabinets from IZOTERMA are designed for companies that use them to dry and ventilate work clothes, especially when work is done outdoors regardless of the weather. Due to rain and humidity, work and protective clothing, as well as uniforms and boots, often need to be changed and also dried / ventilated.

AESTHETICS, HYGIENE, EASY TO USE

The work clothes drying cabinet is intended for the daily storage of personal and work clothes (gloves, shoes) and other personal items of employees. However, if the employee's clothes are damp or wet due to work, the employee can dry them in the cabinet himself!

Each cabinet individually takes up little floor space – only 0.6 x 0.6 m.

Work clothes drying cabinets are corrosion-resistant!

When the drying cabinet is actively used with wet clothes, water vapor is generated, which is removed from the cabinet through a forced exhaust opening, and thanks to this, condensation does not form in the cabinet. A drying cabinet for clothes must serve its user for years in difficult conditions. Therefore, unlike other cabinets, our cabinet has double anti-corrosion protection: the cabinet parts are made of zinc-coated sheet steel and powder-coated.

INSTALLATION – Clothes drying cabinets operate on 230V power supply. Work clothes cabinets are placed next to each other, 2 to 8 pieces, in a row. For extraction, a pipe should be made on top of the cabinets and connected to the ventilation system or taken outside the room (removal of odors and moisture).
Connect the cabinets to each other electrically (plug at the top), then install a cover plate in front of the exhaust pipe for aesthetics and safety. The cabinets can operate independently of each other.

Sample drying process:

Temperature in the cabinet (empty): +16C – ambient temperature,
60% – relative humidity, 120 m³/h – air supply, after 1 hour of operation the temperature inside the storage cabinet is as shown in the figure:

RESULT – the batch is dry after 4 hours in the Max program. 330 W/h, which corresponds to water evaporation – 20 cl/h
The test was conducted under very adverse conditions: low temperature, high humidity, completely wet clothes, washed and spun in a washing machine. Clothes dryers do not need to be connected to a ventilation system if they are located in a room with good air exchange.

Drying cabinet equipment – two-stage flat heating element, duct with cover for exhausting used air (optional), fan in the lower part of the cabinet to improve drying, three-point locking, place for an identifier, leveling feet, concealed power cable, ventilation, 1st and 2nd heating levels, chamber humidity and temperature indicator, control lamp indicating cabinet operation, door switch – switches off the heating when the door is opened, glove hangers (4 pcs) in the lower part of the section for drying gloves or shoes – for hanging. Horizontal bar with four hooks for hanging clothes.

DESIGN – RAL 7035 (light grey). The work clothes drying cabinet is divided by a vertical wall and two horizontal shelves. The upper right side of the shelf and the lower shelf are used for storing smaller clothes. The left section of the cabinet is heated, the right section is used for hanging outer (regular) clothes on a rod. Under the lower horizontal shelf there is an air-supplying fan, the task of which is to dry shoes or gloves. The lower compartment has four rods for hanging gloves or shoes.
