Foot warming at the workplace

The mat creates a local heated area directly beneath the user’s feet. This is particularly practical in large premises where heating the entire air volume would be expensive or inefficient.

The rubber heating mat can be placed in front of a workbench, machine, checkout, sales counter or another fixed workstation. Its 300 W output allows the surface to warm up quickly and helps improve comfort in cold working conditions.

The maximum surface temperature can reach approximately +60 °C. The actual temperature depends on the ambient temperature, floor surface, airflow and operating conditions.

Use outdoors and in damp areas

The UV-resistant polyurethane rubber compound and IP65 protection allow the heating mat to be used in damp areas and outdoor environments.

The mat is well suited to temporary and seasonal workplaces, including outdoor sales stands, kiosks, warehouse areas and unheated technical rooms. Its slip-resistant surface helps provide a more secure standing area.

For outdoor use, the mat must be connected to a properly earthed socket protected by a residual current device. The socket and all electrical connections must be suitable for the operating environment.

Installation and use

Place the heating mat on a clean, level and stable surface. Connect the power cable to a suitable 230 V socket. The mounting holes allow the mat to be secured to the floor when required.

Do not cover the operating mat with thermally insulating materials or use it while folded. A compatible plug-in thermostat or timer is recommended for automatic control.

During initial use, the rubber material may release a characteristic odour. This is caused by the manufacturing process and normally disappears within the first two days of operation.
