IBC container / tank heater is the most economical and effective way to heat the contents of the tank from below. Unlike conventional top-mounted heaters, this aluminum heating mat is installed directly between the tank and the plastic base, directing all the heat directly to the liquid. IBC container heater is the ideal solution for maintaining the viscosity of oils, syrups and chemical products in winter conditions - water freezing protection on construction sites.

NB! The subfloor on which the IBC container heater and the IBC container rests must be smooth. If necessary, plywood of at least 6mm thickness can be used to reinforce the subfloor.

The best results are achieved if the container is additionally covered with a weatherproof PVC coating or an insulated envelope.

Technical data of IBC water tank heater:

– Power cord 1.5m – with grounded plug
– IBC heater 1400W 230V heats a full IBC water tank 1000L from +10°C to +43°C within at least 48 hours . For even faster heating, it is necessary to additionally insulate the tank. We also have tables for the heating rates of different raw materials if necessary.
– The foil heating mat is equipped with a bimetallic temperature limiter that activates at +40/+60°C . As an additional product, it is also possible to order a suitable thermostat here to maintain the desired temperature more precisely – in the example, a few degrees above zero for frost protection.
– A foil water tank heater is an excellent way to protect your water tank from freezing.

– Before ordering, you should always check the dimensions of the heating mat to ensure that it fits the base.
