Before ordering an electric heater for an Atex environment, it is definitely worth clarifying exactly which hazardous environment requirements an industrial electric radiator must meet, starting from temperature class T3, T4, etc. If necessary, be sure to ask for advice. The Atex electric radiator FWD-T is available in capacities of 500W / 1000W / 1500W and 2kW.
The heaters are certified according to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC IECEx
Certified weatherproof/moistureproof IP66
Suitable for 110V or 230/254V voltage
Atex Ex radiator is available for temperature classes T2, T3 and T4
The industrial fireproof electric radiator is also corrosion-resistant, dust-proof, moisture-proof and has a stainless steel or powder-coated metal housing
Ex environment radiator suitable for horizontal mounting on the floor or wall
2 x 25 mm cable entries are standard
The radiator thermostat has a regulation range of 0-40°C. See also the version without thermostat
Atex radiator is suitable for environments with a temperature range of -60°C to + 60°C
Atex heaters are made with the option of replacing the ceramic heating element that provides heat.
