The industrial electric heater for fire hazardous rooms (Schultze RiRo-f) is an uncompromising and safe heating solution for facilities with an elevated risk of ignition (such as woodworking shops, paper warehouses, agricultural buildings, and highly dusty environments). This stainless steel industrial electric heater is primarily designed to protect rooms from freezing, providing stable and reliable heat without introducing any additional fire risk. The core safety feature of this device is its strictly limited surface temperature, which is engineered to never exceed +115 °C. This ultimate safety is achieved through a precise ratio between the heater’s length and its power output.

This safe industrial heater is perfectly suited for harsh and demanding environments because the heating element is completely sealed within a robust finned tube. The device boasts the highest protection class of IP66/IP67, meaning it is 100% dustproof, can withstand powerful water jets, and even endure short-term immersion in water. This guarantees the highest possible level of fire safety and operational reliability.

For facilities with even stricter temperature requirements, we offer the low surface temperature heater modification: Schultze RiRo-nt. In this series, the temperature of the radiator fins never exceeds the ambient room temperature by more than +67 °C.
