The featured ceramic heating element (dry heater) demonstrates exceptional durability precisely because of the robust steel sleeve. The ceramic core never comes into contact with the working fluid, meaning no scale forms on the heater itself, and internal corrosion is entirely prevented. The 50 mm diameter stainless steel protective tube takes on all the aggressive load (a V4A special steel modification is available for ultra-harsh conditions). Furthermore, the impact-resistant terminal box made of polyamide (PA6-GF30) with an IP66 / IP67 protection class guarantees the complete hermetic sealing of electronics in industrial workshops.

• ✅ External control: Since the heating cartridge is not equipped with a built-in sensor, the medium’s temperature must be strictly controlled via an external industrial thermostat.
