Efficient Heating and Zero Downtime The industrial tank immersion heater Schultze EHK G2 is an uncompromising solution for heating water, hydraulic oil, or galvanic baths. The immersion heater consists of a massive stainless steel sleeve with a 2″ thread, inside of which a replaceable ceramic dry heating element is securely hidden. The main advantage of this design for manufacturing facilities is the ability to replace the heating cartridge without the need to drain the tank’s contents. This eliminates long equipment downtime and makes system maintenance as fast and cost-effective as possible.
Double Protection in Aggressive Environments
The featured ceramic heating element (dry heater) demonstrates exceptional durability precisely because of the robust steel sleeve. The ceramic core never comes into contact with the working fluid, meaning no scale forms on the heater itself, and internal corrosion is entirely prevented. The 50 mm diameter stainless steel protective tube takes on all the aggressive load (a V4A special steel modification is available for ultra-harsh conditions). Furthermore, the impact-resistant terminal box made of polyamide (PA6-GF30) with an IP66 / IP67 protection class guarantees the complete hermetic sealing of electronics in industrial workshops.
