The 16A electricity spot price–tracking smart plug helps significantly reduce electricity costs. It monitors Nord Pool electricity prices and automatically shifts energy consumption to the cheapest hours. The plug is easy to use and can be configured by anyone. Even avoiding just a few of the most expensive hours per day can result in noticeable savings.

Typical Use Cases

Water heater control
Use your water boiler only when electricity prices are low. The smart plug can automatically turn the boiler on during, for example, the 8 cheapest hours per day.

Battery charging
Charge batteries when electricity prices are at their lowest, or use a price trigger (e.g. charging only when the price is below 5 cents/kWh). Unfortunately, the device is not suitable for directly charging electric vehicles. For this purpose, we recommend devices with a higher amperage.

Outdoor pool or hot tub
Heat your pool or hot tub during the most affordable electricity hours, such as the 5 cheapest hours per day.

Electric heating control
Operate electric heating only during low-price periods, for example, the 14 cheapest hours per day (up to 10 A).
